2. Eligibility

To use DevPitra you must:

A booking becomes confirmed only after successful payment and confirmation from DevPitra.

5. Payments

• Debit Cards
• Net Banking
• Wallets
• Other payment methods displayed on the platform

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.

Applicable taxes may be charged according to prevailing laws.

6. Cancellation & Refund

Cancellation and refund requests are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Refund eligibility depends on:

• Time of cancellation
• Nature of service
• Service completion status
• Product category

Once a ritual has been successfully completed, refunds cannot be claimed merely because the expected spiritual outcome was different.

DevPitra facilitates access to qualified Pandits, Purohits, astrologers, and temples.

While we strive to maintain high standards of authenticity:

• Ritual practices may differ according to Veda, Sampradaya, family tradition, region, or temple customs.
• Astrology is based on traditional Vedic principles and should not be considered legal, financial, or medical advice.
• Religious ceremonies are matters of faith, and no guaranteed spiritual, financial, health, or personal outcome is promised.

8. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate booking details.
• Be available at the scheduled service time.
• Treat Pandits, Purohits, astrologers, and support staff respectfully.
• Follow all applicable laws.
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes.

9. Prohibited Activities

You must not:

• Use the platform for unlawful activities.
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
• Upload offensive, abusive, defamatory, or illegal content.
• Copy or reproduce website content without permission.
• Misrepresent your identity.
• Interfere with platform operations.
• Harass Pandits or other users.

Violation may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account.

• Images
• Graphics
• Text
• Videos
• Designs
• Software
• Source code
• Trademarks

are the exclusive property of DevPitra or their respective owners.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially used without written permission.

11. Spiritual Services

DevPitra provides access to authentic Vedic services.

However:

• Ritual methods may vary according to tradition.
• Different Pandits may perform ceremonies slightly differently.
• Such variations shall not be considered service deficiencies.

12. Puja Samagri

DevPitra strives to provide authentic and quality spiritual products.

Due to the sacred and perishable nature of many products:

• Prasad cannot be returned.
• Customized Puja Kits are non-returnable.
• Energized spiritual products may not be eligible for return once delivered.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DevPitra shall not be liable for:

• Spiritual expectations
• Religious interpretations
• Indirect losses
• Consequential damages
• Emotional distress
• Loss of income
• Loss of opportunity

Our maximum liability shall never exceed the amount actually paid for the concerned booking.

Where possible, affected bookings will be rescheduled.
