Frequently asked questions
How much dakshina does a pandit charge?
It depends on the puja, its duration, the number of pandits and the city. After you send a booking request, our team confirms the exact dakshina with you before anything is final. For a price shown upfront, choose a fixed-price puja.
What if no pandit is listed in my city?
Use Request a Pandit. Tell us the puja, date and address, and our team will arrange a suitable pandit and call you to confirm.
Can the puja be done online?
Yes. Many pujas can be performed online with your sankalp taken over a video call. Mention “online” in the notes, or see Online Puja.
Who arranges the puja samagri?
We share the samagri list when we confirm your booking. You can arrange it yourself or order it from our Puja Samagri store.
How do I check or cancel my booking?
Use your order number (DP-B-…) and mobile number on the Track Order page. For cancellations, see our Cancellation Policy or call us.
